Colton Joint Unified School district sent 40 middle and high school teachers to train in the new “ARE THEY SAFE” self-defense program.  In addition to walking through each lesson and role-playing scenarios, these teachers participated in practicing all of the self-defense physical techniques offered in this program.  They also learned how to hold targets properly.
